Cello Classes

Let the cello be your child's introduction to the wonderful world of stringed instruments. In this class we will introduce the cello in a fun and social setting.

Your child will learn fundamentals such as how to hold the instrument, place the hands, and pluck & bow the strings.

We will learn some simple tunes drawing from familiar folk songs. Students will learn to identify basic notes and rhythms. Games, singing, and improvisation will keep this class engaging to young players.

Parents are not required to attend, though they are welcome.
